A Hellcat hood at idle in a Tampa parking lot reaches 180–220°F on the surface above the supercharger. Standard wrap adhesive starts to soften around 160°F and fails by 200°F — which is why so many used Hellcats have a bubbled, peeling hood wrap.

We use a high-temp adhesive film line on the hood specifically (different film than the rest of the car). It rates to 250°F continuous, 280°F intermittent — enough margin for any supercharged Mopar in Florida heat.

Demon 170 owners with the Direct Connection cool-down protocol get an even higher spec — we'll PPF the hood under the wrap on a 170 if requested, because that engine bay can hit 240°F on a drag-pass cool-down.
