Tesla Model 3 Wraps in Tampa, FL
Full and partial vinyl wraps for every Model 3 trim — Standard Range, Long Range, Performance and the 2024 Highland refresh.
About Tesla Model 3 Wrap
The Model 3 is the single most-wrapped vehicle in our shop. Three things drive that: huge flat door surfaces that take film beautifully, factory paint that's notoriously thin and chip-prone, and an owner base that wants to stand out in a sea of white and black Teslas.
Model 3 install: charge-port door, b-pillar cameras, Highland tweaks
Every Model 3 we wrap gets the charge-port door removed. We wrap the lid and the surround as separate pieces and reinstall — the seam disappears when the door closes, instead of running visibly across the rear quarter like a budget install.
The b-pillar cameras and the repeater cameras stay completely film-free — even a thin film over a Tesla camera lens degrades autopilot lane-keep performance. We mask them, wrap up to the bezel, and post-trim with a plastic squeegee, never a blade.
On the 2024+ Highland refresh, the redesigned front fascia has a one-piece lower aero panel that flexes more than the pre-refresh splitter. We use a stretch-rated film on that single panel so it doesn't crack when the suspension loads.

Thin Tesla paint + the Tampa pothole + I-275 stone-chip problem
Tesla Model 3 paint is famously thin from the Fremont line — there's effectively zero clear coat to absorb stone chips. Tampa's I-275 and I-4 construction zones are stone-chip factories. We stack PPF on the hood, front bumper, fenders and A-pillars under any color wrap as the gold standard for Model 3 daily-drivers.
PPF-only ('stealth') Model 3s are nearly half our Tesla bookings — same satin look as a satin wrap, but the PPF is functional armor underneath.

Most-requested Model 3 builds in Tampa
1) Satin black over white. 2) Stealth (full satin PPF) on red and blue Performance trims. 3) Color-shift greens and purples on Performance. 4) Chrome delete on early (2018–2020) Model 3s where the door-trim brightwork dates the car.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How much does a Tesla Model 3 wrap cost in Tampa?
- Full color change: $3,200–$4,500 depending on film line (5-yr vs 7-yr cast). Stealth full-PPF: $5,500–$7,500. Chrome delete only: $450–$650. See our Tampa wrap cost guide for the full breakdown.
- Will wrapping affect my Model 3's autopilot or sensors?
- Not when installed correctly. We never wrap over cameras (b-pillar, repeater, front bumper) and we edge-relieve ultrasonic sensor zones. The car tests clean before delivery.
- Does wrap affect Tesla's warranty?
- No. Vinyl wrap is fully reversible and doesn't modify any factory component. Service centers wrap and unwrap Teslas for warranty work without issue.
- How long does a Model 3 wrap take?
- 3–5 business days for a full wrap. We hold every Model 3 for a 24-hour indoor post-cure before delivery — Florida heat-soak is what causes edge lift on rushed installs.
- Can you wrap a Model 3 that already has paint correction or ceramic coating?
- Yes, and the prep is actually cleaner on a coated car. We strip the coating from the bond line with an isopropyl wipe — the rest of the coating stays intact for when the wrap eventually comes off.
